An opportunity for those who take an interest in the educational success of care experienced young people (CE), to find out more about the support at universities – for FREE!
During the day, you can expect:
- To hear from inspirational care experienced young people and graduates about the difference university has made for them.
- To develop a familiarity with the kinds of outreach activities which universities are engaged in to help care experienced learners access higher education.
- To have discussions with other practitioners, expanding your knowledge on how to help care experienced learners overcome the barriers they encounter.
- To find out about mentoring and training courses that you can signpost to the care experienced young people you work with.
