Aimhigher London’s annual SEND Transition conference
An opportunity for learners with disabilities or neurodivergence who are planning on going to university, to find out about the support you can receive – for FREE!
Join us for the day as we cover topics such as:
- Disclosure – how sharing information about your disability can be beneficial to you.
- Assistive technology – knowing what is available to enhance your higher education experience.
- Support services from university – what is available to you and how to access them.
We will also be giving you – the learners, parents and staff, the opportunity to explore what getting ready for success means and exactly what is available for you to access.
This conference is for learners with:
- Long term physical and mental health conditions.
- Physical and sensory disabilities.
- Neurodivergence eg dyslexia, ADHD, autism.
